Who can apply to become an RxLink dealer?
Pharmacies, distributors, retailers and healthcare-related businesses in Bangladesh may apply. Each application is reviewed against territory availability and our dealership terms.
Does submitting an application guarantee approval or exclusivity?
No. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, territorial exclusivity, sales or profit.
What does “fixed-rate supply” mean?
It is RxLink's stated business policy to supply dealers at the same published rate across Bangladesh, subject to availability and dealership terms.
How are orders delivered?
Orders are dispatched through available courier partners such as Steadfast, Sundarban, AJR and Janani Courier, under each courier's applicable terms.
Are courier charges and delivery times fixed?
Courier charges, cash-on-delivery and delivery estimates will be published once the final policy is confirmed. Please ask us on WhatsApp for current terms.
